Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Analyst, Business and Competitive Intelligence to identify and gather information to support growth across designated accounts, including inbound and outbound sales activities for Clinical Solutions, Labs and Biospecimens.

You will work with Business Development to target companies, analyze competitors, develop outreach plans, coordinate with Marketing for collateral, and maintain clean data in CRM systems while reporting weekly and monthly activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, science or business related field.
• Keen understanding of the CRO and Specialty Labs markets.
• Minimum 6 months experience in the product/service sales lifecycle including client identification and prospecting.
• Direct B2B sales experience in service industry.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with the Business Development team to identify companies of interest for outreach and RFP provision.
• Analyzes competitive environment to help make recommendations.
• Develops an annual outreach plan focused on securing new and repeat business from biotech/pharma clients.
• Undertakes research and analysis of Precision's markets, competition and product markets.
• Works with Marketing to coordinate collateral to support sales efforts.
• Updates CRM and Sales Enablement systems to ensure data integrity and generate activity reports.
• Provides feedback to leadership on pricing, competitiveness and market conditions.
