• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, procurement systems, and related tech.
• Proficiency in web services, APIs, XML, and related integration tech.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capable of independent work and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document discovery of client objectives for our technology and IP.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and partners to create winning experiences.
• Serve as trusted advisor for customer integrations, mitigating risks and ensuring smooth deployment.
• Manage multiple client integrations concurrently and ensure on-time delivery.
• Estimate timelines and costs, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead documentation, training, and transition for CS/CX teams.
• Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
