Job summary

ALIS is seeking an Integrations Manager to own the day-to-day delivery and operation of partner integrations across the ALIS product suite. You will build lasting partner relationships, map data between systems, and implement integration solutions using APIs and existing tooling.

This hands-on role combines technical problem solving with partner coordination and customer support. Travel to our Chicago headquarters is required at least three times per year.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of relevant experience in SaaS integrations or similar role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and delivering API or third-party integrations.
• Ability to read API documentation, test requests, map data between systems and investigate issues using logs and error messages.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks and file-based integrations (SFTP, CSV/XLS).
• Strong judgment on when existing functionality suffices vs. Engineering involvement.
• Ability to build trusted partner/customer relationships.
• Curiosity about the product and user workflows across roles.
• Strong follow-through across competing requests and investigations.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build partner relationships and understand partners' products and roadmaps.
• Understand customer workflows across ALIS product suite.
• Discover and deliver integration solutions using APIs and tools.
• Translate integration needs into technical requirements for Engineering.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, testing and launches.
• Resolve data exchange issues via API docs, logs and collaboration.
• Inform product priorities with evidence of demand.
