Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice seeks a proactive professional to support strategic initiatives in Arlington, VA. This role delivers administrative, analytical, and operational support to cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate working groups, draft executive briefs, and drive alignment across talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts while engaging with senior stakeholders. A Secret Clearance and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• On-site presence 80–100% in Arlington, VA.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience managing taskers, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Experience planning and facilitating working groups and senior leadership engagements.
