  • Provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to a strategic initiatives organization.
  • Coordinate working groups, track taskers and deliverables, draft executive briefs, and integrate cross-functional human capital initiatives.
  • Lead operational tracking for civilian talent acquisition, centralized technology workforce planning, and shared-certificate hiring efforts while coordinating with human capital stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to be on-site 80%-100% in Arlington, VA
  • Experience leading or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage taskers, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience planning and facilitating working groups, workshops, and senior leadership engagements.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings, decision materials, status reports, and analytical products.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning, human capital management, or public-sector hiring processes.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with human capital organizations, policy offices, external partners, and senior stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting public-sector or large enterprise human capital programs.
  • Experience with expedited hiring authorities, shared-certificate hiring, or technology workforce initiatives.
  • Experience conducting strategic foresight, labor market analysis, or capability planning.
  • Familiarity with centralized workforce allocation strategies and technology talent acquisition.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or policy-level governance forums.
  • Experience developing workforce strategies, transition pathways, or talent development toolkits.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $150,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
