Job summary

The position requires an Active Secret Clearance, US work authorization, and an on-site presence in Arlington 80–100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
• On-site 80%-100% in Arlington, VA.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience managing taskers, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Experience planning and facilitating working groups, workshops, and senior leadership engagements.
• Experience preparing executive briefings, decision materials, status reports, and analytical products.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning, human capital management, or public-sector hiring processes.
• Ability to coordinate with human capital organizations, policy offices, external partners, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to a strategic initiatives organization.
• Coordinate working groups, track taskers and deliverables, draft executive briefs, and integrate cross-functional human capital initiatives.
• Lead operational tracking for civilian talent acquisition, centralized technology workforce planning, and shared-certificate hiring efforts with stakeholders and external partners.
