Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Integration Change Lead to guide the post-acquisition integration, partnering with Integration Managers and cross-functional leaders to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The role focuses on designing and executing change strategies, assessing impacts, engaging stakeholders, and delivering practical communications for a successful integration journey.

You will lead change planning, strategy execution, and enablement across multi-country

Qualifications

6+ years of change management and/or transformation experience.
Experience driving adoption for process and technology changes in large, complex organizations.
Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with leaders.
Solid written communication skills for clear employee guidance.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Integration Manager to build and execute the change management plan aligned to integration milestones (Day 1, stabilization, optimization).
Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into concrete actions by workstream.
Identify risks, resistance points, and readiness gaps; create mitigation plans and escalation paths.
Define and track change success measures and provide regular updates to the DIMO.
Coach leaders and managers on change expectations and reinforce new ways of working.
