AVEVA is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Events Delivery to lead the planning and execution of our global events strategy. This hybrid role works with global teams to deliver world-class customer, partner, and executive events that strengthen AVEVA's market leadership and pipeline growth.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage complex budgets, and drive measurable ROI across flagship events such as AVEVA World and IGNITE, while navigating multiple regions and time zones with a focus

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading large-scale B2B events in a global org.
• Proven success delivering complex customer, partner, and executive events.
• Strong strategic planning and programme management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives across global matrix organisations.
• Commercially minded with understanding of demand generation and pipeline.
• Experience managing significant event budgets and financial accountability.
• Vendor, agency, venue, and contract management expertise.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and resilience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with enterprise event platforms (Swoogo, Swapcard, Wrike, Salesforce, Marketo).
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences through innovative event design and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated event strategies aligned with objectives and brand.
• Define event objectives, success metrics, and KPIs with senior stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of flagship global events including AVEVA World and IGNITE.
• Adapt event strategies for global markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Identify opportunities to innovate event formats and attendee experiences.
