Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Integration Lead Architect to drive the design of end-to-end integration architectures, APIs, and data flows across enterprise environments. You will lead teams, align integration efforts with business objectives, and mentor engineers, while engaging with clients to tailor solutions.

Travel may be required as part of client engagements. The role emphasizes strong Life Insurance domain knowledge, API governance, cloud-native deployment, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration architecture and leadership.
• 8+ years REST APIs and event-based integrations across cloud/on-prem.
• 5+ years with MuleSoft, Kafka, API Gateway and ESB tech.
• 5+ years cloud architecture across AWS/Azure and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• 5+ years API standards, governance, OAuth2/OIDC/JWT security.
• 3+ years Life Insurance domain experience and carrier environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures, APIs, middleware, data flows.
• Develop integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor integration teams, guiding best practices.
• Act as liaison between business, development teams, and partners.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations align with product capabilities.
• Engage with potential clients and propose tailored solutions.
• Ensure architecture meets scalability and performance standards.
• Provide development oversight and ensure client needs are met.
• Identify risks in integration dependencies and data flow.
• Assist in deployment, monitor performance, drive improvements.
• Stay updated on integration trends and propose enhancements.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
