Job summary

KBR, a leader in sustainable technology solutions, seeks a Planning and Scheduling Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule across all project phases in a major capital program. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and permitting to ensure an integrated execution plan and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of planning and scheduling experience on major capital projects.
• Experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of the Integrated Master Schedule across all project phases.
• Coordinate schedule activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, permitting, and startup organizations.
• Ensure alignment of contractor schedules with project milestones and execution strategies.
