Job summary

RTX seeks an Integrated Communications Manager to join our corporate Communications team in a hybrid role. You will develop and execute integrated communications campaigns aligned with strategic priorities, managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

You will craft timely communications, support executive messaging, and help drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience executing integrated communications strategies in a corporate environment.
• Experience working across a matrixed organization to manage communication initiatives.
• Ability to analyze communication and marketing data to drive business impact.
• Security Clearance Requirement: None.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and customer communications within integrated campaigns.
• Plan and execute communication campaigns aligned with business goals and brand objectives.
• Lead day-to-day project management of campaigns, milestones, budgets, and impacts.
• Build relationships with COE partners and cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Create timely, relevant written communications and presentations.
• Support planning and execution of tradeshows aligned with priorities.
• Contribute to internal/executive communications and town halls.
