RTX seeks an Integrated Communications Manager to join our corporate Communications team in a hybrid role. You will develop and execute integrated communications campaigns aligned with strategic priorities, managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

You will craft timely communications, support executive messaging, and help drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.

RTX is looking for a talented Integrated Communications Manager to join our corporate Communications team!

As an Integrated Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated communications campaigns that align with strategic business priorities. You will manage cross-functional collaboration, ensure consistent messaging, and drive impactful communication strategies.

What You Will Do:

• Manage marketing and customer communications elements of integrated campaigns aligned to strategic new business pursuits and leadership priorities.
• Support the prioritization, planning, and execution of communication campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and brand objectives.
• Lead day-to-day project management of communications campaigns, including tracking milestones, actions, budgets, and business impacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with communications center of excellence (COE) partners and cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment across internal and external communication efforts.
• Create timely, relevant, and dynamic written communications and presentations.
• Support the planning and execution of tradeshows strategically aligned with business and pursuit priorities.
• Contribute to internal and executive communications, including executive messaging, town hall facilitation, and employee engagement efforts.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Prior experience executing integrated communications strategies in a corporate environment.
• Experience working across a matrixed organization to manage communication initiatives.
• Ability to analyze communication and marketing data to make informed decisions that drive business impact.
