Job summary

RTX is seeking an Integrated Communications Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with strategic business priorities. You will manage cross-functional collaboration, ensure consistent messaging, and drive impactful communication strategies across internal and external audiences.

The role includes leading project management, coordinating COE partners, and contributing to executive communications and events within a hybrid work environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience executing integrated communications strategies in a corporate environment.
• Ability to analyze communication and marketing data to drive business impact.
• Security clearance requirement: None.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and customer communications elements of integrated campaigns aligned to strategic new business pursuits and leadership priorities.
• Support prioritization, planning, and execution of communication campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and brand objectives.
• Lead day-to-day project management of communications campaigns, including tracking milestones, actions, budgets, and business impacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with COE partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across internal and external communications.
• Create timely, relevant, and dynamic written communications and presentations.
• Support planning and execution of tradeshows aligned with business and pursuit priorities.
• Contribute to internal and executive communications, including executive messaging and town halls.
