Job summary

InterWest Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a strategic recruiting partner to leadership. You will build talent pipelines for Brokers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and client-facing roles across Commercial Insurance, Surety, and Employee Benefits.

The role requires 7+ years in recruiting with at least 4 years in insurance brokerage, and a proven ability to leverage a strong industry network to anticipate hiring needs and deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 4 years in insurance brokerage.
• Proven success sourcing and placing Brokers, Account Managers, Account Executives and client-facing roles in Commercial Insurance, Surety, Employee Benefits and Personal Insurance.
• Strong network within the insurance industry.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders.
• Data-driven approach to identify patterns, anticipate needs, and measure outcomes.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable in evolving process/tool environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
• Develop deep, trusted relationships with leadership as a go-to hiring partner.
• Translate business objectives into talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines for Brokers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and client-facing roles.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competition.
