The role includes training to obtain an insurance license, Salesforce training, and an apprenticeship path toward ownership, with base salary plus uncapped commissions and a launch bonus.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and propose solutions from a large carrier portfolio.
• Build a book of business through sales activities.
