Job summary

National Church Residences, the nation’s largest nonprofit provider of affordable senior housing, seeks a full-time Risk & Insurance Administrator in an in-office role to oversee the organization’s property and casualty program, manage claims, coordinate with brokers and TPAs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead RMIS, analyze data, support audits, and drive process improvements while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• ARM, CPCU, or similar designations are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in claims administration, risk management, or insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrator for RMIS, maintaining system integrity and user access.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee testing and implementation.
• Review incident reports and manage claim submissions to carriers.
• Manage property claims with TPAs and provide casualty claim support across departments.
• Act as primary liaison with stakeholders, delivering updates on claim status and financial reconciliation.
