Hunt Companies, Inc. in Chicago seeks an Associate Claims and Risk Manager to oversee claims management across multiple insurance lines and administer risk programs.
You will liaise with TPAs, brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and effective claims handling. You will also support RMIS, invoicing, and certificates of insurance, assist with renewals and audits, and contribute to loss trend analyses and reporting.
The Associate Claims and Risk Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Risk Management and is responsible for claims management (50%) and risk and insurance program administration (50%) across multiple lines of insurance. This role serves as a liaison among third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and the management of claims. This role is also responsible for assisting stakeholders with the Risk Management Information System (RMIS), invoicing, and certificates of insurance.
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $78,890 - $98,440, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
