Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a full-time in-office Risk & Insurance Manager to oversee the organization's property and casualty program. You will manage RMIS, coordinate with TPAs, and lead data-driven risk mitigation initiatives across departments.

This exempt role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and adherence to regulatory standards while guiding claims and financial reconciliation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• ARM, CPCU, or similar designations are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in claims administration, risk management, or insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrator for the RMIS, coordinating with vendors and testing workflows.
• Review incident reports and determine appropriate claim submissions to carriers.
• Manage property and casualty claims with TPAs, providing cross-departmental support.
• Serve as primary liaison for stakeholders, delivering updates on claim status and financials.
• Collect and analyze data for applications and policy audits, coordinating with brokers.
• Oversee processing of invoices, claim proceeds, and reconciliation of self-insurance funds.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to advance risk mitigation and process improvements.
• Develop and implement risk management initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
