Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance placement or brokerage.
• Ability to analyze client exposures and market data.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience creating and submitting market proposals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketplace information to design marketing strategies for placements.
• Drive process for new and renewal business via submissions and market reviews.
• Negotiate P&C terms and pricing with underwriters.
