IMA Financial Group is seeking a licensed insurance professional in Overland Park, KS, to support growth and carrier partnerships. You will submit applications, generate quotes, and manage account files while coordinating with sales and carriers in a hybrid in-office role.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, communication, and timely delivery, with a focus on building long-term client and carrier relationships in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and respond timely.
• 3-5 years of insurance experience.
• Experience with Epic and Indio preferred.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff and carrier partners to drive new business growth.
• Submit new business applications and supplements to carrier partners.
• Generate quotes using carrier online quoting systems and prepare detailed proposals.
• Enter prospect and underwriting data and maintain organized account files.
• Communicate quoted coverages, costs, and deductibles to producers and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate binders, invoices, filings, and finance agreements; support servicing transition.
• Maintain carrier relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
• Strive to meet agency and department goals and deadlines.
