• Insurance industry and sub-advisory expertise required.

• Commercial acumen in asset management and insurance sectors.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Investments, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own growth objectives for a defined portfolio of insurance and sub-advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention and expansion.
• Identify opportunities for new mandates, product expansion, and partnership growth.
• Build executive-level relationships with senior client decision-makers.
• Lead commercial discussions, opportunity development, and negotiations.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and market opportunities.
• Coordinate client engagement activities across Product, Investments, and leadership teams.
• Contribute to long-term business planning and channel strategy development.
