Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Relationship Manager - Sub-Advised Insurance to oversee strategic client relationships and coordinate governance, reporting, and delivery across internal teams. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in relationship management or institutional asset management.
• Experience managing sophisticated institutional or sub-advisory client relationships.
• Understanding governance processes, reporting requirements, and client servicing activities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex relationships independently.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
• CFA, CAIA, or other designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned insurance and sub-advisory clients.
• Maintain ongoing client engagement and lead day-to-day relationship management activities.
• Coordinate quarterly reviews, governance activities, reporting requirements, and client deliverables.
• Monitor service expectations and facilitate resolution of client issues.
• Partner with Investments, Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to support execution.
• Support retention efforts through proactive relationship management and client advocacy.
• Contribute to strategic account planning and identification of client needs.
• Maintain visibility into key client priorities, activities, and timelines.
• Provide continuity of coverage across strategic relationships.
• Support development of junior team members and relationship management processes.
