Job summary

CRC Group in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to lead the execution and servicing of assigned accounts, coordinating with brokers, underwriters and team leaders to promote, quote, and renew business. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a state insurance license, wholesale insurance experience, and strong negotiation, communication and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Wholesale insurance experience with account handling and marketing responsibilities.
• Current state-specific insurance license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts through the full lifecycle: submission, quoting, binding and servicing.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely placement and execution.
• Promote new and renewal business and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate coverage terms with underwriters, including pricing and exclusions.
• Prepare coverage recommendations and manage renewals, cancellations and endorsements.
• Support brokers, underwriters or team leaders on policies and key accounts.
