Job summary

PSA Airlines is seeking a talented Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain engaging learning solutions that support organizational goals and workforce performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze training needs, create scalable content, and ensure alignment with business priorities and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience developing creative and engaging training materials for an adult audience across formats and media.
• Knowledge of instructional theories and online and instructor-led learning programs.
• Ability to produce learning materials including manuals for facilitators and participants.
• Proficiency in photography and video production using industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and improves instructional materials including e-learning, ILT, job aids, and blended learning.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to research, design, and implement effective training solutions.
• Conducts needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and recommends scalable training interventions.
• Ensures curriculum aligns with organizational goals, compliance, and industry standards.
• Applies ADDIE or similar frameworks to create structured learning experiences.
• Develops multimedia assets including video content through scripting, recording, and editing.
• Maintains and updates training content for accuracy and consistency.
• Evaluates training effectiveness using feedback and learning metrics and suggests improvements.
• Manages multiple projects and timelines with high-quality deliverables.
