Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience including 3 years' relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency with personal computers and word processing/spreadsheet software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Approve activity for processing in a timely and accurate manner based on client directives.
• Respond to and annotate compliance reports for assigned accounts; resolve outstanding matters.
• Oversee submission and approval of annual account reviews to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as primary/secondary contact for assigned accounts and retirement plan participants; resolve complex matters.
• Maintain client communications on regulatory, legal, accounting and trust matters.
• Oversee client billing and resolve aged receivables.
• Identify automation and efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and train less experienced personnel as needed.
• Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards and participate in projects.
