Corient Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage institutional relationship administration and custodial access. You will coordinate security structures, support broker relations, and ensure policy adherence while handling internal requests with strong follow-through.

The role involves collaborating on strategic projects to streamline processes, reporting for compliance, and coordinating with external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Project coordination experience with deadlines and deliverables.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Solid data analysis skills, Excel formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning.

Aufgaben

• Manage operational administration for institutional relationships and custodians’ access/security.
• Support setup, maintenance, and oversight of operational structures with custodians and brokers.
• Ensure adherence to access/security policies and escalate as needed.
• Field internal requests and drive towards timely resolutions.
• Assist with institutional transitions and integrations during major events.
• Help execute strategic project elements to improve efficiency and relationships.
• Support data gathering for compliance and regulatory reporting.
