You'll collaborate with custodians and brokers, execute strategic project elements, and maintain precise data to support regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects with defined timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid data analysis skills, especially with Excel.
• Experience with custodians is preferred for access/permissioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High accountability and follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as firm security administrator for custodian access and security structures.
• Support setup, maintenance, and oversight of operational structures with custodians and brokers.
• Adhere to processes and policies around access and security administration.
• Field internal requests, escalate as needed, drive resolution.
• Support institutional transitions and integrations during organizational events.
• Execute key project elements to optimize institutional relationships and processes.
