Job summary

Corient is seeking an Analyst, Portfolio Implementation in Wayne, PA to develop understanding of investment strategies and map client portfolios into Corient's centralized systems. You will rebalance portfolios, manage liquidity, and collaborate with advisors and third-party managers.

The role requires a Finance degree, 2+ years of experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Onsite work four days a week in a collaborative, client-focused environment at Corient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in portfolio management or related area.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with portfolio management and tax-efficient strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Corient’s investment strategies through frequent interactions with the central investment team.
• Become an expert in Corient’s central Portfolio Management System.
• Rebalance portfolios, manage cash/liquidity, and harvest losses in taxable accounts.
• Work with third-party managers via separately managed accounts.
• Collaborate with local advisors to map client objectives and risk tolerance to Corient strategies.
• Suggest trades that align with mapped strategies and entry orders into the Portfolio Management System.
• Contribute to optimal portfolio allocation across equities, fixed income, and alternatives.
• Assist in transitioning legacy processes to centralized portfolio management/trading solution.
• Review portfolios and build orders when strategy trades are suggested by the Investment Team.
