Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in client service or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for institutional clients across multiple products.
• Support onboarding for Sponsored Repurchase Agreements and U.S. Treasury clearing documentation.
• Partner with Sales to prioritize onboarding requests and manage workflow.
• Coordinate discussions for trading agreements (ISDA, MRA, CDEA, MSFTA).
• Develop expertise in account opening requirements including AML/KYC and entity alignment.
• Ensure milestones meet SLAs and market deadlines; deliver excellent client service.
• Collaborate with Legal, Credit Risk, Operations, Compliance to resolve onboarding issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and efficiency.
