Job summary

Highland Consulting Associates, Inc. is seeking an investment consultant to deliver client service excellence and expert investment guidance for institutional clients, including Endowments & Foundations.

The role translates complex concepts into actionable recommendations to help clients achieve objectives. The consultant will manage relationships with defined contribution plans and other institutional clients, prepare client deliverables, conduct investment manager due diligence, and support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proven experience in investment consulting or wealth/retirement plan consultancy is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned institutional clients, delivering and coordinating all aspects of the client relationship.
Conduct regular client communication through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Develop sound investment recommendations and clearly articulate the rationale behind Highland's guidance.
Present investment strategies, performance analysis, and market commentary in client meetings and reports.
Assist Highland’s business development team in growth of new institutional clients.
