Callan is seeking an experienced investment consultant to work with institutional asset owners on discretionary or non-discretionary assignments, delivering asset allocation, manager research, and educational support.

You will build trusted client relationships, lead manager searches, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with specialty research teams. A hybrid schedule with travel is expected and collaboration is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• CFA and/or CAIA designations are preferred, or progress toward one or both.
• 7-10+ years of experience in investment consulting or related field.

Responsabilités

• Work on existing client relationships, develop work plans, and deliver customized asset allocation and manager structure work.
• Collaborate on asset/liability studies, asset allocation reviews, and investment structure analysis.
• Monitor client portfolios and respond to client requests; present information and research to clients.
