Job summary
Callan, a leading investment consulting firm, seeks a Senior Investment Consultant to work with institutional asset owners on discretionary or non-discretionary bases. You will manage client relationships, perform investment research, and lead strategic projects while collaborating with Callan's research groups.
You will engage with diverse clients across retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and healthcare systems, delivering asset allocation, manager research, and performance monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- CFA and/or CAIA designations preferred, or progress toward one or both.
- 12–20+ years of experience, some or all in an investment consulting capacity.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a consulting team on existing client relationships and deliver customized, best-in-class work in asset allocation, manager structure, selection, monitoring, and education.
- Collaborate on asset/liability and asset/spending studies, asset allocation reviews, and investment structure analysis.
- Monitor client portfolios via performance measurement reports and annual reviews; lead searches for new investment managers.
