Wealthspire Institutional is seeking a Consulting Analyst to contribute to a superior client experience by working with Investment Consultants on Endowment & Foundation and Defined Benefit Plan portfolios. You will analyze portfolios, craft investment policy statements, and support fiduciary governance while leveraging AI-enabled tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

In this hybrid Chicago role, you’ll collaborate across teams, prepare client reports, and present findings in client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred concentration in Economics or Finance.
• Two (2) to five (5) years of investment consulting or investment-related work experience.
• Experience servicing Institutional clients in a Discretionary Outsourced CIO (OCIO) framework is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity or analytical tools to support research, drafting, reconciliation, summarization, or quality control.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio evaluation/diagnostic review for new clients with cross-team collaboration.
• Construct investment policy statements aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Analyze asset allocation and perform portfolio modeling for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Investment Research to develop client solutions.
• Develop fiduciary governance materials for quarterly reporting.
• Create client reports and meeting materials with AI-assisted drafting and QA.
