You will monitor pre-trade and post-trade activity, prepare client presentations and reports, and lead cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and AI-enabled solutions for post-trade operations.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience within financial services, capital markets, or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Coordinate with front-office, operations, technology, and internal stakeholders to address client needs.
• Monitor pre-trade and post-trade activity, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Prepare client presentations, service metrics, and management reporting.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvements, technology enhancements, and service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments impacting clients.
• Support clients exploring technology and AI solutions to improve post-trade operations.
