Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) performance sub-team, acting as a strategic quarterback for data-driven marketing insights.

You will guide a team of analysts, partner with cross-functional groups including data visualization and data solutions, manage analytics projects, and push innovative AI-driven approaches while aligning insights with pharma industry trends. Hybrid work setup with no travel requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 5+ years in complex analytics within pharma/biotech/healthcare, especially with healthcare performance data like patient claims
• Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD)
• experience with Patient Support Services and specialty pharmacy analytics
• team management experience
• proficiency in statistical modeling, programming, and AI
