Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years in analytics, BI, strategy, or related with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with consumer products or data-driven commercial organizations preferred.
• Proficient in analytics tools; SQL/Power BI/Databricks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytics and forward-looking analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and KPIs for executive decision-making.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts while setting priorities and maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across finance, operations, and commercial teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and refine dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility of performance and planning.
• Partner with analytics, data, and technology teams to align methodologies and improve data quality.
• Strengthen analytical capabilities and reporting processes to support organizational initiatives.
