Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A, based in Austin, TX. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting, delivering executive-ready insights and narratives to drive strategic decisions.

The role partners with the Finance Center of Excellence and business stakeholders to standardize processes and support corporate finance initiatives. In this fast-paced environment, you will develop planning templates, own variance analysis, and prepare boards materials, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent finance credential preferred.
• 10+ years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A leadership with preparation of finance packages for month-end, quarter-end, forecast, and performance reviews.
• Provide analytical support for earnings release, forecast review, and management reporting processes.
• Assist in formulation of strategic and long-term business plans through target setting and scenario analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and Board materials with clear narratives and data support.
• Develop and maintain tools and templates for collecting, validating, and analyzing key financial data.
