Job summary

Flex, a NYC-headquartered FinTech, seeks a Senior Staff Analytics Engineer to empower stakeholders with accessible data products. You will build data models, collaborate with analysts, engineers, PMs, and own end-to-end data delivery reporting to the Director, Analytics Engineering.

You will establish data standards, drive best practices for code, testing, and CI/CD, and contribute to Flex’s data culture while working in a hybrid setup that includes on-site days in New York.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as an analytics engineer or equivalent, shipping data products at scale.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau or Mode.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data models to expose data to stakeholders.
• Collect requirements and design data solutions that meet analytics goals.
• Set company-wide data standards for structure and quality.
• Influence processes and tools to enable scalable decision making.
