Job summary

You will analyze data, prepare reports with charts, support KPI definition, and contribute to ROI and cost analyses. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, SQL, and BI tool experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of related experience; MS/MA acceptable with 2–4 years.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for internal customers.
• Defines and plans departmental project roadmaps and prioritizes delivery.
• Partners with clients and manages prioritization and delivery of services for an application module.
• Develops detailed business cases, ROI calculations, and risk analyses.
• Prepares data analyses and reports with charts and graphs; supports KPI measurement.
