Job summary

O'Neal Steel is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Grand Prairie, TX facility. The role focuses on identifying new customer opportunities and managing existing business to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will act as the internal account coordinator, develop accounts, and provide quotes while ensuring on-time delivery and error-free order processing. Strong communication and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; steel industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated with strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal account coordinator for assigned accounts.
• Develop new accounts and create growth plans for existing ones.
• Conduct consultative selling and close deals.
• Provide quotes and process orders in the fulfillment system.
• Feedback opportunities to district management and Outside Sales.
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality and service.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve delivery issues.
