Job summary

O'Neal Steel is seeking an Inside Account Manager for our Grand Prairie, TX facility. You will interact daily across the company to resolve sales, inventory and operational challenges and manage day-to-day administrative activities with assigned customers.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate proposals, assisting with customer presentations, maintaining pricing, monitoring contracts and inventory levels, and collaborating with Supply Chain to meet commitments. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Metals or Metals Related Industry.
• Ability to handle pricing, contracts and customer negotiations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate proposals for customers.
• Assist in creating formal presentations for existing customers.
• Support planned business review meetings with customers.
• Manage pricing, revisions, and customer agreements.
• Monitor contracts, inventory agreements, and MOUs with customers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory levels meet commitments.
• Communicate significant customer, market, or industry developments.
• Evaluate profitability of existing business.
