Job summary

O’Neal Steel is seeking an Inside Account Manager for our Grand Prairie, TX facility. You will daily interact with multiple levels within the company to resolve sales, inventory, and operational challenges while supporting strategic divisional initiatives.

The role focuses on day-to-day admin work for existing customers, pricing management, and collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure profitable, sustainable business. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Metals or Metals Related Industry.
• Must be able to concentrate and maintain productivity in high pressure situations.
• Must be able to work with O’Neal Steel product lines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate proposals to customers in collaboration with the team.
• Assist in creating formal presentations for existing customers.
• Organize information for planned business review meetings with customers.
• Manage pricing, revisions, and agreements for assigned customers.
• Monitor contracts and supply agreements to ensure compliance and profitability.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to determine inventory needs and purchases.
