Job summary

Radiall in Tempe, AZ seeks an Inside Sales professional to manage customer inquiries, quotes, and purchase orders while supporting direct and indirect field sales teams. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to prepare accurate responses and proposals, ensuring pricing accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; in some cases experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales/inside sales or customer service.
• Experience with pricing, quotes, and order entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer complaints, inquiries, and quotes; manage purchase orders and changes.
• Communicate with customers and sales reps in a timely, professional manner.
• Support direct and indirect field sales teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Leaders to craft responses and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Inside Sales procedures.
• Retrieve and communicate pricing using price lists and approved tools.
• Use ERP systems (SAP) to support order management and reporting.
• Maintain accurate customer records to maximize order capture.
