Job summary

Teledyne Relays, a unit of Teledyne Defense Electronics, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage accounts and drive order attainment. You will coordinate with factory and field sales teams, respond to pricing and lead-time inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years in Inside Sales or Customer Service, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a willingness to travel. Prior aerospace exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with Aerospace and commercial customer base preferred.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts by understanding customer needs, offering the best product fit, and following up until business is awarded.
• Act as liaison between factory and field salespeople.
• Provide timely response to customer inquiries on product pricing, lead times, and order status.
• Serve as initial contact to resolve customer issues.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with multiple departments to fulfill requests.
• Data entry in ERP, customer portals, and sales history data files.
• Create pricing models by reviewing BOM, labor hours, and apply factory standards.
• Update and maintain Distribution and Manufacturer Representatives agreements.
