Job summary

KNAPP in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support Outside Sales in selling KNAPP solutions to new and existing customers in assigned markets.

The role requires a BS/BA with 4 years of sales experience, a technical background in material handling, logistics, and knowledge of SAP and MS Office. You will collaborate with engineering, purchasing, service, and KNAPP subsidiaries to meet client needs and budgets.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with minimum 4 years’ sales experience.
• Technical background in material handling, logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Knowledge/proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management technology.
• Knowledge/proficiency of SAP.
• Ability to think creatively, plan, organize, set goals, and execute strategically.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and internal/external networking skills.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales as required to sell Knapp systems to new and existing customers.
• Work collaboratively with assigned Knapp resources (engineering, purchasing, service, and Knapp parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, including KAG, KSI, DFT, etc.) to develop systems that meet customer’s needs and budgets.
• Produce cost estimates for management approval.
• Provide support to create and give effective, accurate, and technically correct customer presentations.
• Comply with the most current version of the Knapp Inc. Sales Process.
