Job summary

Paramount Brands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow golf course pro shop accounts across Imperial, Pukka, and Winston brands. You’ll prospect, present programs, negotiate, and close deals via video, phone, and email.

Own a full sales cycle, build real relationships, and coordinate with outside reps and internal teams to ensure smooth orders and revenue growth. A proven B2B sales track record is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven track record of closing new business.
• Experience running video meetings and building relationships remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts and prospects; grow and win new business.
• Lead video meetings to present products, pricing, and samples.
• Prospect weekly via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Manage deals from proposal to close and follow-up.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline; support forecasting.
• Collaborate with outside reps for shared accounts.
• Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and operations for smooth orders.
