Titan America LLC, a leading heavy building materials company based in the eastern United States, has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on promoting concrete sales, maintaining customer relationships, and offering on-site technical support to customers.

The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires 1–3 years in construction with ready-mix knowledge preferred, plus strong MS Office skills and a customer-first approach.

Formación

• Excellent business/financial acumen to seize opportunities and drive results
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication with a customer focus
• 1-3 years construction industry experience; ready-mix knowledge preferred
• Advanced computer proficiency; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent planning, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to build spreadsheets and analyze data effectively
• Proven ability to perform basic statistical analysis and meet deadlines
• Exceptional customer service with timely follow-up
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate expansion of sales to existing customers through regular contact and support
• Develop and maintain information on market conditions, territory intelligence and competitors
• Support sales by providing information on products, prices and supply trends
• Provide quotes to customers within defined parameters
• Update and maintain sales reports for accuracy
• Maintain customer accounts within software systems
• Develop strong relationships with customers and other departments
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and inquiries
• Handle special projects as assigned
