Job summary

FloWorks International LLC is seeking an Inside Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You will serve as the primary contact and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service.

The role requires independent decision-making, strong communication, and experience with ERP/CRM systems to support pricing strategies and account health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and independent business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and support pricing strategies.
