Job summary

You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to conduct research, analyze data, evaluate emerging opportunities, and develop actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field with four years of related experience.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, innovation, business analytics, research, performance measurement, project coordination or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, innovation, business analytics, research, performance measurement, project coordination or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation, progress tracking and ongoing enhancements of the LES Strategic Plan, including interim refreshes and periodic full-plan updates.
• Documents, reviews and validates periodic reporting of key performance indicators related to the LES strategic plan.
• Tracks, evaluates and reports on the execution of corporate initiatives supporting the LES strategic plan.
• Performs in-depth evaluations of key strategic drivers, operational challenges, and enterprise risks; researches solution ecosystems for relevant options.
• Develops comprehensive reports, dashboards and tools to assist with business decisions across Strategy & Innovation.
• Coordinates pilot projects and industry partnerships to advance strategic priorities.
• Assists with EPRI responsibilities for LES and coordinates LES’ involvement as an EPRI member.
• Coordinates and tracks LES’ membership in industry trade organizations like APPA and LPPC.
