Matrix Plastic Products, LLC is seeking a Program Manager (or Project Engineer) to serve as the main liaison between customers and Matrix Plastic Products' operations, quality, engineering, purchasing, and sales functions.

The role will lead and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer and company requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in program management within manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, costs, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Develop and communicate project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate supply chain activities and manage material availability.
• Support quoting, change orders, BOMs, and project costs.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
